1. All Country Flowers products as depicted on this website are available for delivery anywhere in the UK and Northern Ireland.

2. Bouquets may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.

3. All products are subject to availability, in the event of any supply difficulty we reserve the right to substitute any Country Flowers product of equal value and quality without notice.

4. In the event that we are unable to supply any Country Flowers product or  any substitute to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as possible and shall reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended date of delivery.

5. In the event of dissatisfaction, please contact us within 3 days. This is because of the perishable nature of our products.

6. Country Flowers products will be delivered by courier, orders received by 2.00 pm Monday – Friday will be delivered next day or your intended date of delivery.

Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Saturday and same day delivery is an extra charge

7. Our delivery charge is £6.50, and must be added to the total cost of your order.
